The owners of Perfect Properties are Milu van der Heide and David Mendonça.

After living the first year of her life (1992) in Portugal, Milu grew up in a southern city of The Netherlands, named Breda. She went to University in Maastricht to become a Health Scientist and after 5 years of experience as a Contract Manager in Health Care, she decided to move back to her roots, the sunny Algarve. She worked for several years as a successful Real Estate Agent and helped many clients to find their dreamhouse. Perfect Properties benefits from her Dutch punctuality and organization skills. Milu speaks fluent Dutch, English & Portuguese.

David (1989) is Portuguese and grew up in the traditional fishers town Olhão. He has a giant network in The Algarve and has experience himself with construction, property management, business (he owned his own restaurant in Vilamoura) and speaks fluently Portuguese, Spanish and English. Growing up in the area and knowing the best way to deal with processes, is a huge advantage in the service that Perfect Properties offers to clients. David lives in Moncarapacho together with his partner Milu.
